The Omnibox isn’t a term I knew until #Tableau 23-2 #data #dataanalysis #salesforce

0:00If you use Tableau Cloud or Tableau Server

0:01you might not know this but the search box

0:03is actually

0:04also called the Omnibox. When you click

0:06into it it comes to life showing you the

0:07different searches

0:08you've done recently but also the different

0:10content types and suggestions. Now if you

0:12start

0:12to type something in there it filters that

0:15list based on your search query and when

0:17you click on

0:17that asset it actually takes you directly

0:19there. So this is called the Omnibox inside

0:21of Tableau

0:22Cloud or Tableau Server.
