0:01What I observed was like Salesforce starting to understand the community.
0:07Yes.
0:08I'd agree with that.
0:09I'd agree with that.
0:10Going a bit deeper, I'd say starting to understand how they need to communicate with the community and maybe being very specific about
0:21not just direction but also um sentiment as as well.
0:26So I think they're they're starting to understand it.
0:29I think they're reading reading the room a little bit better
0:32Um but that doesn't mean they've they've crossed the finish line.
0:35I still there's there's still things to for them to sort of learn and understand.
0:39So yeah.
0:39And I see that, yeah, in a lot of my interactions, uh true to the core was really good.
0:44Yeah.
0:45I felt
0:46I felt heard.
0:47Yeah.
0:47And like like that they were kind of pulling the veil back a little bit more and saying, Okay, well this is what it looks like.
0:53Yeah, this is how we make decisions.
0:55Yeah.
0:55And this is how we receive feedback from you.
0:57Yeah.
0:58And so that was a
1:00a super solid performance by everybody on the stage.
1:03Yeah, I feel like Salesforce didn't realize they needed to educate the community about how Salesforce works.
1:09They did I think when when they first engage with the community like in a big way they just assumed that everyone knows how Salesforce works and and that's actually been quite a difficult thing to learn as a community
