1:05which is sort of what I was doing a lot in

1:08my previous role.

1:09So I've learned a ton.

1:12It's just I can't tell you how much I've

1:14learned this year alone

1:15since sort of moving over.

1:17Like any company, like any consulting, I've

1:21been a consultant for 10 years.

1:22I can't sit here and tell you consulting is

1:24an easy gig.

1:25I'm not the kind of person to go out and

1:27sell myself.

1:28And I'm not good at that, actually.

1:30I'm good at communicating. I'm good at

1:32making content.

1:32And so that's what I do.

1:35And a lot of people ask me, hey, you've got

1:37this 70,000 subscriber channel.

1:39You could just click your finger on Fiverr

1:41and get like a thousand pounds an hour and

1:43do this.

1:44And it's like, really? Well, the problem

1:46with those kinds of gigs

1:47is you don't work on the really interesting

1:49stuff.

1:51Right. So, yes, on Fiverr, you might be

1:53asked to help out

1:54with a Tableau dashboard rebuild.

1:56Yes, you might be asked to like to do a

1:57couple of things.

1:58But in order to do some really ambitious

2:01aspirational work,

2:03you need to be part of a much bigger

2:04company

2:05with a much bigger pedigree of delivering

2:07results.

2:07And that means you're part of a team.

2:09And teams tend to work at really reputable

2:12consultancies

2:12like your Accenture and so on and so forth.

2:14I worked at Accenture. It was a great year

2:17and a bit.

2:18I wouldn't go back there for various

2:19reasons.

2:20But the people I worked with were fantastic

2:22.

2:22The work I did was really super interesting

2:24.

2:24But just the dynamic in the company just

2:26meant

2:26that I knew I was going to hit a dead end

2:27very, very, very quickly.

2:29And so, Aimpoint is just fantastic.

2:33They're not paying me to say this.

2:35I am an employee, so maybe I'm biased a

2:38little bit.

2:39But yeah, you can see the tools that we

2:41the partners that we have.

2:43And there's also like a, I'm not going to

2:46call it a startup like feel,

2:48but we are a very small company compared to

2:51other consultancies.

2:53So, I think probably around 80 people.

3:31as much as we are and as quickly as we are.
